Simco’s Top Gun is a high performance ionizing air gun for electronic manufacturing and clean room applications. Balanced to ±15, the Top Gun features high blow-off force to provide efficient cleaning and rapid static charge decay. A .01 micron filter at the exit of the gun ensures that the air is clean. All functionality is built into the gun: a flow control valve, a balance adjustment for calibration, and a two-level LED, which indicates both power and ionization. The gun and cable are static dissipative and a hanger is provided for easy mounting. The gun body is lightweight. And features a light touch trigger that activates both air flow and ionization. Operates on 120 VAC, air input up to 100 PSI and is UL Listed.
The PulseBar eliminates troublesome static charges that can cause dust or other contaminants to accumulate on surfaces and finished products. With its slim-line design and powered by the PulseFlow controller, the PulseBar can be installed on any type of equipment. Typical applications include eliminating electrostatic charges in unidirectional flow benches and in areas where air assisted ionizers are not practical.
The Pulseflow Controller operates the PulseBar and can power up to two Bars. The controller will run in either Pulse or Steady State DC to meet performance requirements. The controller features 4 different pulse rates, output voltage from 3.5 - 8 kV, and operates on 120 VAC
The ION Force Static Control Bar is a high efficiency static bar for use in applications where an extended ionization range is needed. The system is available with an optional air assist feature which enhances its designed to operate in either steady state or pulse DC mode.
Pulse DC Operating mode intermittently cycles positive and negative ions resulting in a fast discharge time at extended distances from the target surface
Steady State DC Operating mode provides balanced (an equal number of positive and negative ions produced by the bar) ionization ideal for applications such as RFID tag and label manufacturing.
Features a patented circuit that results in balanced delivery of positive and negative ions, which ensures that the unit will maintain an ion balance of 0±5 V. Balance stability is further enhanced by use of unique "ion shields" at the fan outputs to reduce parasitic ion loss. All assemblies are particle-tested to Class 10 (209E; ISO Class 4) particle limits.
Each module has an individual identification that allows the system controller or the remote control transmitter to address and control each emitter. The emitters can be easy positioned in the ceiling or where they are most needed in the clean room. Each emitter module contains emitter points, switching power supplies, and Microcontroller Intelligence, designed to maintain critical ions output and balance. Each module produces both positive and negative ions.
